Packages. A first step, or an add-on to your plan.
Most clients run on a monthly plan, from $1,500 a month. These packages each do one job with a written scope: a first step before a plan, or an add-on to one. Three of them are credited toward your first month.

Packages and plans
How it all fits together.
Packages are fixed-scope climbs. Plans are the ongoing route. Most clients start with one package and move to a plan once they have seen the work.
Start.
See where you stand: the free Trailhead Report, an AI Visibility Baseline or a Readiness session.
- You getA written baseline and a ranked list of fixes
Build.
Fix the foundations: a rebuilt site, a connected workspace, a clean catalog or a first agent.
- You getWorking systems, handed over and documented
Run.
Keep climbing every cycle on a monthly plan, from $1,500 a month, with add-ons like the Content Engine or the Weekly Signal Report.
- You getA changelog and a report at the end of each cycle
Every package
The same five promises.
Whichever you choose, these hold. They are also the questions worth asking any agency selling AI services.
Scope in writing.
What is in, what is out and what done looks like, agreed before we start. Changes are quoted in writing.
A person on every output.
Nothing AI drafts reaches your site, your store or your customers until a person has checked it.
You own it all.
Your data, accounts, prompts, skills and documentation stay yours, and go with you if you leave.
No ranking promises.
Search engines and AI assistants decide what they show. We promise the work and honest reporting, not citations.
Costs you can see.
Third-party tools and AI usage are listed separately, so you know what you pay for and to whom.
FAQ
Package questions, answered.
Not sure which one fits? Start with the free mockup and report, or ask on a call.
Request a callHow much do the packages cost?
The Trailhead Report is free. Every other package is priced to its written scope, which depends on your site, your catalog and your tools. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.
What is the difference between a package and a plan?
A package is a fixed piece of work with a clear end. A plan is ongoing: a cycle of research, drafting, review and reporting that keeps going for as long as it is useful to you.
Can I combine packages?
Yes. A common route is the Trailhead Report, then the Rebuild Launchpad and Connected Workspace together, then a monthly plan.
Do I need to be on Shopify or WordPress?
For the Rebuild Launchpad, yes, those are the platforms we build on. The audits, workspace, agents, reporting and workshop work with most stacks.
Who does the work?
The studio in Dana Point, California. AI does much of the reading and drafting; people with more than 25 years in design and development review every output and make the decisions.
What happens at the end of a package?
We hand over everything in writing: what we did, what we found, the files, prompts and skills, and what we would do next. You decide whether there is a next.
