Creartful AITerms of use
Terms of use.
The rules for using this website, including what our published prices mean, how the free mockup works and what we never promise.
Effective October 11, 2026Creartful LLCDana Point, California
Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Creartful LLC ("Creartful", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 to use the site’s forms, and if you use them for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.
Services and written plans
This site describes our services. Nothing on it is an offer that becomes a contract when you accept it. Work starts only when we both agree a written plan, and that document sets the scope, price, term, ownership and other conditions. If anything on this site conflicts with your written plan, the written plan applies.
Prices
Prices on this site are in US dollars and exclude your own software subscriptions, hosting, advertising spend and taxes unless stated. We may change published prices at any time. A price change does not affect a written plan already agreed, until that plan’s term ends.
Plans bought online
When you buy a plan at checkout, you agree that it renews automatically and you authorize us to charge your card through Stripe at each renewal, until you cancel.
- Monthly plans renew every month. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
- Annual plans are a twelve-month commitment, paid up front, and renew every year. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, but the year you are in is not refunded, and you keep access until it ends.
- To cancel, use Billing in your client portal or email info@creartful.com. We confirm every cancellation by email.
- Reminders and price changes. Once a year we remind you what your plan costs, how often it renews and how to cancel. If the price of your plan changes, we email you 7 to 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first.
- Refunds. Payments are not refunded, in full or in part, except where the law requires it.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes. If tax applies, it is added at checkout.
Plans agreed in a written plan with a minimum term follow that plan: the minimum term is a commitment, and after it the plan continues month to month until you stop it.
Free mockup and report
The free mockup and report are offered at our discretion and subject to availability. You may use the report however you like. The homepage concept is for you to review and share inside your business; the design itself becomes yours to build from when a project with us starts. We show your concept in our own work only with your permission.
Client portal
If you have a client portal account, keep your sign-in details private and tell us at info@creartful.com straight away if you think someone else has used them. Portal access is for the people named in your written plan and ends when the plan ends.
How we use AI
We use AI tools alongside our own design, writing and development. A person at the studio reviews AI-assisted work before it is delivered or published.
Ownership of the work we create for you, including AI-assisted work, is set in your written plan. AI tools can produce material similar to what others receive, and material made entirely by AI may not be protected by copyright. Where that matters to a project, we discuss it with you before the work starts.
No guarantees of results
Search engines, platforms and AI assistants decide what they show. We do not promise rankings, traffic, AI answer citations, sales or any other specific result, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.
Our content
The text, designs, graphics, images and code on this site belong to Creartful or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, share links to and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, scrape it, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission.
Client work we show
Client names, logos, products and work shown on this site belong to their owners. They appear as examples of projects we worked on and do not mean the client endorses this site. If you are a client and would like something changed or removed, email info@creartful.com.
What you send us
When you send us information through a form or by email, you confirm it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Please do not send confidential material until we have agreed in writing how it will be handled. We use your business information and materials only to respond to you and do work you ask for. If you send ideas or feedback about our site or services, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Articles and information
Our insights and guides are general information, written from published sources and our own experience at the time of writing. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice, and platforms change often. Check current guidance before acting on them.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, get around its security, gain unauthorized access, send spam through its forms, scrape it with automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access that breaks these rules.
Other sites and platforms
We link to other websites, and our work often uses platforms run by others, such as WordPress, Shopify, Google and AI providers. Those services have their own terms and policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Creartful is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Liability for client work is set out in the relevant written plan.
Your responsibility
If you misuse the site or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.
Reporting a rights concern
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright or other rights, email info@creartful.com with a description of the work, the address of the page, your contact details and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized. We will review it and remove material where appropriate.
Disputes and governing law
Before starting any formal claim, please email us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
General
These terms, with our privacy policy and cookie policy, are the whole agreement about your use of the site. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer these terms as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom shows the latest version, which applies from the moment it is posted.
