Creartful AIInsightsHuman review

Why AI-assisted marketing needs a person on belay.

AI can draft faster than any team. It can also state a wrong price with total confidence. Human review is how you keep the speed and lose the risk.

Why a person stays on the rope.

AI models write a fresh draft every time they are asked. That is what makes them useful, and why their output has to be checked.

A draft can be fluent and wrong: a price from last week, a claim the product does not support, a tone that is not yours. In climbing, the belayer holds the rope so a slip is a pause, not a fall. In AI-assisted work, a reviewer does the same.

What a reviewer checks.

Facts

Prices, stock, links, dates and specifications against the live source.

Claims

Anything the brand rules say you never claim, and anything you cannot prove.

Voice

Tone, words and style against your brand guide, read as a customer would.

Designing the review step.

  1. Draft from live data. The fewer facts typed by hand, the fewer facts to correct.
  2. Write the rules down. Brand voice, banned claims and must-check fields, in the workspace where every draft can see them.
  3. Show changes, not just results. The reviewer sees what the draft changed against the current page.
  4. Reprompt, do not just edit. When a draft misses, the instruction is corrected so the next draft does not repeat it.
  5. Log the sign-off. Who approved what, and when, in the changelog.

Does review slow things down?

Where the time goes

Without AI, a person spends most of the time producing the work and a little checking it. With AI and good review, that flips: the draft arrives quickly, and the person spends their time on judgment. The work ships sooner and with fewer errors than either alone.

Can AI publish directly to our site?

It can if you let it. On the work we run, nothing AI-assisted is published until a person at the studio has reviewed it.

Who reviews the work?

A person at the studio, and your own approver for anything your plan names.

What happens when a draft is wrong?

It is reprompted or rewritten before it goes anywhere, and the instruction is corrected so the mistake is not repeated.
