Getting started.
What happens after the discovery call?
You receive a written plan with scope, phases, timeline and an estimate. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed.
What do you need from us to begin?
Access to the tools in your plan, granted from your own accounts, your brand rules or the material to write them, and one person who approves changes.
How long until the workspace is running?
It depends on your plan and how many connections it needs. The timeline is set in your written plan, and connectors are added one at a time, read only first.
Who do we talk to day to day?
A named person at the studio. Their contact details are in your written plan and in the client portal.
Your workspace.
How do I open our Claude project?
On plans with a team seat, you sign in to Claude with the account we invite and open the project shared with you. We walk you through it at handover.
Can I ask the workspace for something myself?
Yes, on plans with a seat. Drafts you create there are not published until they go through review, unless your plan says your team publishes its own work.
A connector stopped working. What do I do?
Send a request with the tool's name. Most stoppages come from a changed password or an expired permission, which you can renew from your account.
Can we add another tool?
Yes. Send a request with the tool and what you want it to do. We confirm whether a connector exists and what access it needs before anything is connected.
Reviews and changes.
How do I approve a change?
Your approver receives the draft or a preview link, with what changed marked. Reply to approve, or say what to change.
Something published is wrong. What now?
Send a request marked urgent with the page or campaign. We correct it, note it in the changelog and fix the instruction that caused it.
Can we ask for changes between cycles?
Yes. Small changes can join the current cycle; larger ones are planned into the next. We tell you which before starting.
Access and accounts.
How do I sign in to the client portal?
Use the email address we set up for you on the Client portal page. If you have not received an invitation, send a request.
I forgot my password.
Use the reset link under the sign-in form. The reset email comes from this website.
How do I remove a connector’s access?
From the tool’s own account settings, where you granted it. Let us know so we can record it in the changelog.
Someone left our team. What should we change?
Remove their access in your own tools and tell us, so we can update the approver and portal access on our side.
Reports.
When does the changelog arrive?
At the end of every cycle, by email and in the client portal.
What is in a changelog?
What changed, what was checked, what is next, and the numbers we track for your plan, such as Search Console clicks for changed pages and AI referral visits.
Can we get a report in a different format?
Ask. Most teams are happy with the written changelog; some prefer a short call to walk through it.
Plans and billing.
How do we change plans?
Send a request or book a call. We agree the change and its date in writing.
Where are our invoices?
Invoices are sent by email. A copy will also be available in the client portal.
How do we pause or end a plan?
As set out in your written plan. Send a request and we will confirm the steps, including removing access.
