How we review AI drafts, step by step.
“A person reviews every output” is easy to say. Here is what it means in practice: the checks a draft passes, who does them, and what gets written down.

Before anything is drafted.
Every client workspace starts with a brand file: the voice, the words to avoid, the claims that must never be made, the facts that must always be right (prices, policies, opening hours) and who approves what. The drafting work reads it every time.
Five checks on every draft.
- Brand: voice, vocabulary and format against the brand file
- Facts: prices, product details, dates and names against the live source
- Claims: nothing promised that the business cannot stand behind
- Links and data: every link opens, every product exists, every number matches its source
- Fit: does it answer the question it was meant to answer
A person signs off.
Automated checks catch a lot, but the final decision is a person’s. They approve it, edit it, or send it back with a note and have it redrafted. Nothing is published, scheduled or sent until that happens.
Why it matters
Readers notice careless AI copy, and mistakes about prices or policies cost trust quickly. A clear review step is what lets a business use AI at volume without putting its name at risk.
Everything is written down.
Each cycle ends with a changelog: what was drafted, what was changed in review, what shipped and what is next. Clients can read it in the portal, and it becomes the record of why each page or campaign looks the way it does.
Does reviewing every draft slow things down?
Some, and that is the point. The time saved is in drafting and research; the review is where quality is protected.
Who does the review?
A person at the studio with experience in the work being reviewed, and for some items a person on your team, as set out in your plan.
Can we see what was changed in review?
Yes. The changelog records what was drafted, what was edited and why, cycle by cycle.
